Currently I can speak fluently: English, Kiswahili, Luganda and Ekegusii . I can speak french 45% fluently. I need to improve by 15% (through daily speaking, reading, listening); 15% Spanish. My Arabic reading skills are still at infancy.
My goal in life: beyond 60 years, I want to travel the world and speak with people in a new language.
I have travelled the world, so far been to: Europe (France and Germany and UK), USA (8 states of the US), South Africa, Swaziland, Lesotho, Namibia, Mozambique, Tanzania, Kenya, Congo (DRC – Lumbumbashi and Kinshasa), Uganda, Egypt, Nigeria, Malawi, Zambia, Ethiopia, Dubai, Zimbabwe, India, Rwanda. If all goes well, I want to live in Morocco or Brazil.
My Journey with French
Welcome to MisterLingua.com! My name is Mr Lingua, and I am passionate about learning and teaching French. My journey began when I kept hopping from one country to the other interacting with many people using different languagse. So I decided to learn new languages, among them French, Arabic and Spanish. As a novice, I sought various ways to improve my skills and share my learning experiences with others. I have enrolled with Alliance Français before, used Duolingo, TV5Monde, France24 and ever been listening to RFI and MRadio. Unfortunately, the speed of improving my new love of french has been not good.
Expanding Horizons
While supplementing my classroom learning, I turned to social media, a fantastic way that allowed me to practice French daily. The interactive lessons I make and share have made learning fun and engaging. Now, je peux parler le français, pas courement mais j’essaie.
Sharing My Journey
Realizing the power of social media, I decided to document my progress and share tips with fellow learners. I create videos on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, where I post regular updates, tutorials, and fun challenges. My goal is to create a supportive community where we can all learn and grow together AS STUDENTS on Tiktok.

As I continue to improve my French, I am happy that you will also improve along with me. I am excited to explore new methods and resources.
